Student Council
The Student Council is a platform that helps students build leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. It is made up of representatives from each class who regularly come together to discuss academic matters, co-curricular activities, and overall student life at Xavier Academy.

While the College Management and faculty focus on academic excellence, the Student Council plays an active role in making campus life more engaging, inclusive, and enjoyable. It also serves as a bridge between students and management, helping voice ideas and feedback constructively.
Each year, the Council takes the lead in organizing key events such as NEF Day and Freshers’ Welcome for new students, Farewell for graduating students, and supports orientation programs, anniversary celebrations, and other major college activities.
Beyond events, it contributes to fostering a vibrant school culture through debates, talent shows, social initiatives, and student-led programs.
