“Someone’s blood saved my life and made my mom smile – was that you?” – A 5-year-old Kid. There are countless heart-touching events and experiences that appeal for the effecive service of blood bank in full swing in Nepal.
As a warm support to those in need, Xavier Academy and its sister organization Kathmandu Don Bosco College organized Blood Drive, a blood donation programme, in its premises in association with Daya Foundation on 2 December 2018. At theprogramme, 60 people including college students, who were at lease 18, teachers and staff donated their blood. Some of them had donated blood multiple times inspiring others to join their team
