Ms. Ishani Shrestha, Ambassador of The Generation Green (TGG), an ambitious campaign of the World Wildlife Federation (WWF) Nepal seeking to strengthen the engagement of Nepal's youths in conservation and promote smart choices for the environment, and Ms. Roshna Subedi, a representative of the WWF Nepal offered an awareness session to the students at XA. They presented and talked about the impacts of global warming and climate change on biodiversity across the globe. They also shared TGG's aim to provide at least 5000 Nepali youths with TGG membership, and create and facilitate opportunities for them to facilitate in sustainable development and conservation activities and build their empowerment in the process, so that they can not only make their own invaluable contribution as responsible global citizens but also effectively influence and engage wider stakeholders in the field in order to make and hand over a better green world for the coming generations
