Xavier Academy O365 Account Registration

Welcome to Xavier Academy !

Xavier Academy is providing you with an Office 365 (O365) account which includes,

- a personal college email address

- access Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and many more (web versions).

- OneDrive for file storage

- Microsoft Outlook  (for communication) and

- Microsoft Teams  (for teaching/learning and assignments).

Office 365 has been provided to help you to use digital tools to enhance your educational experience. You are expected to use these services responsibly and for educational purposes only. Please do not store or share personal, confidential, or sensitive information through your OneDrive or Outlook account.

Be aware that inappropriate usage may lead to disciplinary consequences.

Your Office 365 account will remain active for the duration of your enrollment at Xavier Academy.

How to sign in for the first time  

You will receive your username and temporary password via SMS.

Your username will look like this: ram26sci001@xa.edu.np

Here, 26sci001 represents your student ID.

Important: The very first time you sign in, you will be asked to change your temporary password.

Your new password must:

• Be at least 8 characters long

• Include at least one uppercase letter

• Include at least one lowercase letter

• Include at least one number

Keep your new password safe!

1. On a Computer (PC or Laptop)

Step 1: Open a browser and go to https://www.xa.edu.np/intranet

Or

https://office.com/

Step 2: Sign in with your username and temporary password

Step 3: Change your password when prompted

Step 4: Once logged in, click on: MS Teams or Outlook

2. On a Mobile Device

Step 1: Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)

Step 2: Download Microsoft Outlook  and Microsoft Teams  

Step 3: Open each app and sign in with your username and temporary password (same for both)

Step 4: Change your password when prompted

After signing in successfully, click HERE to confirm

Effectively immediately, all notices and updates from Xavier Academy will be shared only through your Microsoft Teams app or Xavier Academy Outlook email.

Please make sure to check them regularly, as messages will no longer be sent to your personal email or by SMS
