Grade XII Orientation & Session Commencement

Dear Grade 12 Students and Parents/Guardians,

​This is to inform all students who have recently completed their Grade XI final examinations that the college will be conducting an Orientation Program for students and their parents as per the following schedule:

​

Orientation to Grade 11 Students and Parents :

14 June 2026, Sunday (जेठ ३१, २०८३, आइतवार)

Management XII Morning - 7:30 am - 9:00 am

Science XII Morning - 9:30 am – 11:00 am

Science XII Day - 12:30 pm -2:00 pm

​​​Note:

• Students are required to attend the program on time in full college uniform.

• Academic Calendar, Lesson Plan, Booklist and other materials will be provided on the same day.

• Due to space constraint, we kindly request that only one parent/guardian attend.

Please be informed that Grade XII session will commence from 15 June 2026 (असार ०१, २०८३, सोमवार), Monday.

​

All students are requested to be present at the college on time and attend classes as per the routine, which will be shared via Microsoft Teams.

​

For Regular classes, the bus routes and timetable for the students using the Xavier Academy bus service will also be shared via Microsoft Teams.
