Grade XI Orientation 2026

Dear Grade 11 Students and Parents/Guardians,

This is to inform you that Xavier Academy will be conducting an Orientation Program for Grade 11 Science and Management streams and their parents as per the schedule below:

ORIENTATION TO GRADE 11 STUDENTS & PARENTS:​

7 June 2026, Sunday (जेठ २४, २०८३, आइतवार)

​

• Management Morning: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM

• Science Morning : 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

• Science Day: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM

  
  

​​​Note:

• Students are required to attend the program on time in full college uniform. If the uniform is not available, students should attend in formal attire - a full/half shirt, full length cotton pants, and black leather shoes.

• Academic Calendar, Lesson Plan, Booklist and other materials will be provided on the same day.

• Due to space constraint, we kindly request that only one parent/guardian attend.

• Session 2 (Science & Management) : 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

• Management Morning: 6:30 AM – 11:50 AM

• Science Morning : 6:30 AM – 1:20 PM

• Science Day: 10:00 AM - 5:20 PM
