Dear Grade 11 Students and Parents/Guardians,
This is to inform you that Xavier Academy will be conducting an Orientation Program for Grade 11 Science and Management streams as per the schedule below:
Orientation to Grade 11 Students
Date: 24 July 2025, Thursday (साउन ८, २०८२)
Science Stream (Morning & Day shift): 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Management Stream: 9:45 AM – 11:15 AM
Note:
Students are required to attend the program on time in full college uniform. If the uniform is not available, students should attend in formal attire - a full/half shirt, full length trousers, and black leather shoes.
Booklist, Lesson Plan and other materials will be provided on the same day
Subject Orientation for Students
Date: 24–25 July 2025, Thursday–Friday (साउन ८–९, २०८२)
Orientation to Parents of Grade 11
Date: 26 July 2025, Saturday (साउन १०, २०८२)
Science Stream: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Management Stream: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Due to space constraints, we kindly request that only one parent/guardian attend. Students are not required to attend the parents' orientation.

28 NEF Day | Freshers' Welcome Program | Mr & Miss Fresher Competition
