27 NEF Day, Freshers' Welcome & Award Distribution Program

Program Details

• Date: 1st August, 2024 (Thursday)

• Time: 8:00 AM onwards

• Venue: Alice Receptions, Gairidhara

Here are a few important points everybody should keep into considerations:

1. Participants and a few Council members should be at the venue by 6:15 am.

2. Other Council members should be at college by 6:00 am.

3. All the instruments' tuning must be done beforehand.

4. All students, other than participants, Council members, and Volunteers, must reach the venue by 7:30 am, and be seated by 7:45 am. Eat good breakfast before you leave for the venue. It is only after 12 noon that you get to eat a sumptuous meal.

5. Any late comers, after 7:45 am, will be denied entry into the hall. It is DISRESPECTFUL to enter the hall after the Chief Guests and Special guests.

6. Xavier Academy believes in taking pride in One's Identity. Please wear your traditional outfit that reflects your cultural Identity. OR,

7. Boys: Daura Suruwal / Suit/Formal Trouser and Shirt + Leather shoes

8. Girls: Saree /Salwar suit (Please note: We believe in decent dressing, so no backless, no sleeveless, no deep necks and nothing blingy).

9. Once you enter the hall, be at your designated seats. You all come from respectable families, prove it by being in the best of behavior.

10. The hall doors will be closed once you enter. There will be volunteers and teachers at

11. designated places to keep a watch over you. You all can only use the front door to use the wash

12. room.

13. Keep the washroom clean, flush after every use, and do not litter paper. NOTE: washroom isn't the best place to take pictures in. Wait for the program to end and use the venue to click as many pictures as you desire.
